Shipping Policy

At UnikGlow, our goal is to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for every customer. We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including:
- All 50 states
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- Alaska (AK)
- Hawaii (HI)
- Guam (GU)
- U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
Order Processing & Cutoff Time
Processing Time: Orders placed are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Shipping Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and package size.
For orders shipping to PR, AK, HI, GU, and VI — we use USPS only.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 2–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, weather, and holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
If you don’t receive your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@unikglow.com.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Double-check your delivery address.
- Look around your delivery area and ask neighbors or household members.
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers scan early.
If still missing, contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery at support@unikglow.com. We’ll assist with investigating or filing a claim.
If your package is never received, and the tracking does not show delivery, we will either:
- Reship the item (subject to availability)
- Or issue a full refund
Notes
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
