We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including:

Shipping Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and package size.
For orders shipping to PR, AK, HI, GU, and VI — we use USPS only.
Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Refunds will be issued minus any shipping charges. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us are non-refundable. For health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on skincare, hair care, or makeup items. Exchanges are not offered on any items; to initiate a return, please refer to the section below titled “Return Process.”
If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 2 days of delivery by contacting us via the Contact Us form or by emailing support@unikglow.com, along with proof such as photos of the damaged item. Please retain the damaged item and all packaging for 2 weeks. The carrier may contact you and/or arrange to pick up the package. Once the claim is approved, we will reship the damaged item. If you prefer a refund or a different item, you must return the product at your own expense, and a refund will be issued after the claim is approved.
If a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and either reship the item or issue a refund, based on your preference. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to file claims or issue refunds. In this case, responsibility for the package lies with the customer. A delivery confirmation number will be provided. Please note: if a package is damaged, stolen, or missing after being marked as delivered, no claims can be made and a new order must be placed at the customer’s cost.
If an order is returned to us by the carrier for any reason (including refusal, undeliverable address, or unavailability to sign), we will issue a refund for the item’s cost minus the shipping charge (including any return fees charged by the carrier).
To return an item, please email customer service at support@unikglow.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
